Cutting-Edge technology
All our capsule machines have unique Duo Pressure Technology so you can have the perfect crema every time. For espresso and lungo coffee the capsule machines build up pressure of up to 19 bar so that the pressure in the capsule reaches 8–10 bar – ideal for perfect crema. Just as you would expect for filter coffee and tea, the capsule machines only build up pressure of 2–4 bar so that no crema is produced.
